These Terms govern your use of https://optiniasystems.com and any purchase from Optinia Systems (SMC-Private) Limited. By placing an order you accept these Terms.

A. General terms (apply to everyone)

  1. Products & descriptions. We describe optics and networking products (form factor, data rate, wavelength, reach, connector) as accurately as possible. Minor specification or firmware differences may occur between production batches. Images are illustrative.
  2. Compatibility. “Compatible” transceivers are third-party modules coded to interoperate with the named platform (e.g. Huawei, Cisco, Juniper). Brand names are used only to indicate compatibility; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by those manufacturers. Tell us your exact hardware model at the time of order so we can code/verify correctly.
  3. Pricing & tax. Prices are in PKR. Applicable sales tax (18%) is shown or added at checkout/invoice. We may correct pricing errors before dispatch.
  4. Orders. Your order is an offer; a contract forms when we confirm/dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. stock, pricing error, suspected fraud) and refund any amount paid.
  5. Pre-orders / lead times. Made-to-order and pre-order items ship in approximately 2–4 weeks. In-stock items typically dispatch within 1–2 business days.
  6. Delivery. We deliver nationwide via third-party couriers. Delivery dates are estimates; risk passes on delivery.
  7. Warranty. Unless stated otherwise, products carry a limited warranty against manufacturing defects (see the product page / your invoice). Warranty excludes physical/electrical damage, misuse, or use outside stated specifications.
  8. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (e.g. network downtime, lost revenue).
  9. Intellectual property. All site content and branding is owned by Optinia Systems.
  10. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan; the courts of Islamabad have jurisdiction. Electronic records and communications are valid under the Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002.

B. Retail / Consumer terms (B2C)

  • Prices shown include listed items; sales tax is applied at checkout.
  • Payment is taken at order (card/online/COD where offered).
  • Consumer returns are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy (Retail track).
  • Nothing in these Terms removes rights you may have under applicable provincial consumer-protection law.

C. Business / Wholesale terms (B2B)

  • Quotations & POs. For volume orders we issue a written quotation valid for the stated period. We accept purchase orders from registered businesses and government departments; your PO is accepted subject to these Terms, which prevail over any conflicting terms on your PO unless separately agreed in writing.
  • Tax invoicing. We issue tax invoices; provide your NTN/STRN for input-tax purposes.
  • Payment terms. Standard terms are payment in advance unless approved credit terms (e.g. net 30 / net 45 days) are agreed in writing. Overdue amounts may attract a late-payment charge and suspension of further supply.
  • Custom / coded modules. Transceivers coded or programmed to your specified platform are made-to-order and treated as non-cancellable/non-returnable once coded, except for genuine defects (see B2B RMA below).
  • Bulk delivery. Delivery terms (e.g. DDP) and lead times are as stated on the quotation/PO confirmation.
  • Acceptance. You must inspect and report shortages or DOA (dead-on-arrival) units within 7 days of delivery.
